iTom: Free Music From Tom Smith

Music in every style -- except dull. Tom Smith, the World's Fastest Filker and the prototypical geek folk-rocker, releases new music for free download on a regular basis. (It was a song a week for almost a year.) You can subscribe to the RSS feed, purchase a better-quality MP3 of the song, or purchase three months' worth as a downloadable album.

New Album: Songs of The FuMP, Vol. 1

Happy New Year! And, oy, it's been nuts. Busy busy busy, lots of Real Life Stuff that got in the way of things, and I'm not even talking about the holidays. Fortunately, I'm more or less back on track, and finishing up some new music you should finally start to see next week. To be very specific, the first two tracks from Herbert West, Re-Animator: The Musical, and the first two tracks from Sounds Familiar, at least one of which will involve a sheep.

Meanwhile, NEW ALBUM! Songs of The FuMP, Vol. 1, featuring everything I wrote for The Funny Music Project last year, is now available, only $8.99 the download.

Good to hear from you! I'm eager to hear your new stuff. I just listened to The Last Hero on Earth, and I loved it. I'm a sucker for operas like that. Smell No Evil by Ookla the Moc is another personal favorite. If Herbert West, Re-Animator: The Musical is anything like those, I'll definitely be picking it up.
